Weights
We've been lifting weights for the past three to four months. I've gotten stronger. There's two groups,I'm in group two. There's four kinds of things we lift Incline, Power Cline, Benching, and Squats. The bar is 45 pounds. You can put on 2.5 pounds, 5 pounds, 10 pounds, 20 pounds, and 45 pounds. On Incline I can lift 47.5 pounds. On Power Cline I can lift 47.5 pounds. On Benching I can lift 50 pounds. Last but not least on Sqauts I can lift 55 pounds. Thats how strong I've gotten these past months. Lets go Waxahachie.
